Group Description:  

This group is for anyone - women, men, trans and non-binary people - looking to deepen intimacy and strengthen their closest relationships, whether with a partner, family or friends. Couples, singles and all relationship dynamics are welcome. This group incorporates techniques from experts like John Gottman, Harville Hendrix, Terry Real and Esther Perel. 

Group goals include:

• Why relationships lose steam and how to reignite them
• How to work inside the relational cycle of harmony, rupture and repair
• The habits that damage intimacy—and how to avoid them
• Awareness of your relational triggers and the skills to be less reactive
• Practical tools to build lasting, meaningful connections
