When you see a Become therapist, you’re in charge of what to share and how open you want to be. In each session we use personalized, evidence-based modalities that support your goals for growth and healing. 

Individual therapy helps with concerns like depression, anxiety, addictions, grief, relationship issues, trauma and personal growth.

Group Therapy

Humans are wired for connection, which is why group therapy is so effective. It’s built on shared experiences, confidentiality and the power of belonging.

In a group setting, you’ll see problems and solutions from many perspectives. Many find that group therapy is their preferred path to healing and personal growth.

Become Therapy groups have between 8 and 12 participants and are led by trained facilitators. Group therapy can be a more affordable way to learn skills for healing and be in connection with others.
