The length of your therapy depends on your personal therapy goals. Some people are satisfied with their progress after one or just a few appointments. Others who are addressing repetitive and prolonged life events may find a longer-term therapeutic relationship more supportive of their needs. Once you meet with your therapist, they will offer their perspective on how long therapy may take but it’s always up to you to decide.
You found us, and we're so glad you're here! We'll work with you to learn who you are and what you need, so that you can have the life you desire.
