Group Description: Grief groups offer you a powerful opportunity to engage with people who can relate to sorrow. Sharing our losses helps us learn how to be with painful memories and hard feelings. If you feel stuck in your grief and unable to move forward, try joining a grief group. Many who participate express that it has been the single most helpful experience of their bereavement.
