Participant Demographic: 25 years and older

Cost: $600 (15 hours $50 per hour)

Group Description: Emotions Education 101 © is a trauma-informed psychoeducational curriculum that will help you to work with emotions in the mind and body for lifelong well-being. 

Group goals include:

• Understand your emotions using the Change Triangle ®
• Learn to calm your mind and body
• Gain tools to ease anxiety and depression
• Decrease triggers that cause discomfort and disconnection
• Move through wounds and emotional challenges

You will be required to access a copy of It's Not Always Depression by Hilary Jacobs Hendel for this psychoeducation-based group.
